A Community for Young Adults

Young adulthood is a time of so much transition; graduating, choosing a career, moving out on your own, getting married, and even having kids. It’s an exciting time, but it can also be a lot.

It can feel like life is filled with so many twists and turns as we try to navigate the multitude of options in front of us. Some of us have strong support systems, but you may also feel a lack of relational support from family and friends that can offer guidance and wisdom.

With that in mind, our vision is to provide a basecamp for young adults ages 18 to 29 to connect, grow, and lead. The goal is to create spaces where you feel seen and heard. We want to connect you with older adults who can assure you that, while life is difficult sometimes, God and the church is here to walk alongside you. We also want to provide opportunities to cultivate friendships with people of all generations who are willing to embrace the ways we can champion one another as we learn to be more like Jesus in every season.

Meet Our Young Adults Pastor

Tabitha Caplinger is a teaching pastor at Faith Community and a published author of several fiction books. She gets way too emotionally invested in the lives of fictional characters, whether it’s obsessing over a book or a TV show. When she’s not writing, she’s reheating her coffee, binge-watching a new show, or teaching God’s Word. Tabitha, her husband, and two beautifully sassy daughters live to love others…and for Marvel movies.
